PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Kebbi State Government has procure another fifty (50) Transformers to boost electricity supply in the state. This was disclosed by the General Manager of State's Rural Electrification Board Eng Sani Bello recently in Birnin Kebbi.
He added that few months back forty assorted transformers were distributed across LGAS to enhance supply of electricity in the areas. The current consignment consists of 20 number 500 kva, 33/0.415 kv, 15 number 500kva, 11/0.415kv and 15 number 300kva, 33/0.415kv totalling 50 transformers.
Since the advent of Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu led administration, Kebbi State especially the State capital and other places have been experiencing stable electricity supply as a result of concerted effort and budgetary priority attention given to the sector under the leadership.
On several occasions, visitors and residents of Kebbi have been expressing appreciation to the Government for enhancing electrification supply which impliedly boosted and spurred rapid economic activities by small and medium scale entrepreneurs across the State.
