In line with the signing of the new minimum wage legislations, by His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR and cognisance of the Kebbi State Government commitment to workers welfare, the Governor of Kebbi State, Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, has graciously approved for the immediate payment of minimum wage of N30,000.00 to Kebbi State Civil Servant with effect from September, 2019.

Governor Bagudu's trip to New York is to accompanied President Muhammad Buhari to participate in the 74th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA74) which opened on Tuesday, September 17.

A statement signed on Thursday by Femi Adesina said that, the President’s participation at this year’s gathering of world leaders is particularly significant as it coincides with Nigeria’s Presidency of UNGA.
