Press Release: Bagudu condoles Yarin Bauchi on death of Wife

The Kebbi State Governor, Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, was in Bauchi State, on Sunday, to condole Alhaji Abdullahi Salihu Bawa, (Yarin Bauchi), over the demise of his wife, Hajiya Lauratu Umar Idris.

Hajiya Lauratu,who was aged 54, died on 28th , November, 2020, following a protracted illness at Intensive Care Unit, in a Bauchi Hospital.

The late Hajiya Lauratu , the wife of the Yarin Bauchi, a close childhood friend of Kebbi State Governor, is survived by four sons.

Bagudu expressed his heartfelt condolences to Alhaji Salihu and his relatives, even as he prayed the Almighty Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest in Aljannat Firdaus, as well as grant the family the formidable fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

The governor was accompanied on the trip by Chief of Staff Government House, Alhaji Suleiman Muhammad Argungu ( Jarman Kabi), Commissioner for Youths and Sports Development, Hon. Gidado Aliyu Kaliel and Acting Permanent Secretary, Ministry for Youths and Sports, Alhaji Usman Ladan.
